So, here we are 37 weeks pregnant. I hope you'll forgive the lack of photos of myself, but I'm not really feeling the belly pics right now. :) The heat has made feet swell up like the frog balloon on Shrek and add to that the sunburn I got from trying to let my kids have a bit of summer fun and I'm a lovely sight indeed.
So now we wait. We're close to finally finishing the basement. Carpet will be installed next week. After that we need to move rooms around so we can finally get a nursery set up. At times I wish she would just come so I can be done with the discomfort. But, there are so many things that need to get done, I am really trying to hang on for at least a couple more weeks.
I'll keep you posted. I have a couple of fun things coming up- a tutorial, a giveaway and hopefully a couple fun baby projects too. We'll see how much gets accomplished and how much gets put off.
Like I said, we just have to wait and see. ;)
Have a wonderful Monday.
XOXO,
Amy

Oh Amy..I remember being very pregnant in summer too..all of my babies were born from mid to the end of summer! All the best with keeping your cool and getting things done.
Hang in there, mama! Just get done what you can. That's the best you can do :)
Oh, I remember how uncomfortable those last weeks in the middle of summer are! Take care of yourself and your family, and the rest will come as it needs to. :)
Hang in there my friend! And make sure you stock up on naps now while you still can. :)
You're almost there Amy! I'm sending comfort thoughts your way. Hopefully they help ease the sunburn and the feet. :)
Best of luck with your preparations, but remember to take care of yourself, okay?
Hugs,
Michele
My son was born on August 2 of the hottest year ever...I can totally feel your pain. I actually stretched a pair of shoes out with my swollen feet and couldn't wear them again. There is always a lot to do, but remember to take care of yourself...it won't be long now!
